Lukas Martin Schulz is a dedicated M&A Manager and Project Manager at Lama Partners. He holds a Master of Laws in Business Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. During his time at Ernst & Young, where he worked in the audit/assurance department, Lukas gained international work experience at the firm’s Sydney, Australia office. He is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of French and Spanish. Lukas is a team player and sports enthusiast. He plays competitive handball and lives out his alpine passion in the mountains in winter and summer.

Tara Tanita Schlegel is an M&A Manager at Lama Partners, focusing on analysis, valuation, structuring, and execution of complex transactions. Previously, she served for several years as Senior Associate M&A at Parklane Capital, where she led mandates, negotiated contracts, and prepared marketing materials and company valuations. Her experience includes buy- and sell-side processes, financial due diligence, and market and competitive analyses. Her professional background also includes roles at KPMG Deal Advisory, PwC, Mazars, and MCF Corporate Finance, complemented by international project experience. Tara holds an M.Sc. in Management, Finance & Accounting and combines analytical depth with clear transaction leadership.
